If an item is delayed in its dispatch or in its arrival from our suppliers, then the buyer shall be notified within 48 hours and shall be given the option to wait for the order’s arrival or to cancel the order for a refund. In the event of the buyer opting to be refunded, the buyer shall be refunded electronically back to his/her account.
